Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
